This return and refund policy applies to all SEI SEDA hair care products purchased through our official website at https://seiseda.net.

At SEI SEDA, your satisfaction and product hygiene are our top priorities. Our return policy is designed to uphold product integrity while offering a fair and transparent process for eligible cases.

Do We Accept Returns?

Yes, returns are accepted under specific conditions, mainly in cases where the product is:

  • Defective or damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrectly shipped

  • Unused and unopened in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Our bottles are intentionally designed without tamper-proof seals to prioritize consumer convenience. However, this also means we cannot verify if a product has been opened. Therefore, returns are only accepted under strict eligibility criteria outlined below.

When Can You Return a Product?

You may request a return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product was received damaged or defective

    • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

    • Include clear photos showing the damage and all sides of the original packaging

  2. The product is completely unused and unopened, with all original packaging intact

    • Any products that appear resealed or used will not be accepted

  3. You received the wrong product

    • If the product is unopened and unused, we will arrange an exchange at no cost

Return Window & Processing Time
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions via email

  • After the product is returned to us:

    • Processing takes 10–14 business days

    • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval, to your original payment method

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The return request is made after 14 days from delivery

  • The item was purchased as part of a promotional bundle or discounted sale
